Since September, 2013 shall come into force two new Orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Russia (№№ 214n and 215n). Significantly increased the list of technical means of rehabilitation for people with disabilities with all types of disabilities highlighting functions: incontinence, ostomy, and others. All of these nursing facilities, all such persons with disabilities in Russia can receive free or buy their own, and then receive financial compensation for them.
This is a great achievement in the field of disabilities technical rehabilitation was made possible thanks to the active work of the Association of ostomy patients ASTOM.
